This month our Dungannon site welcomed a group of Level 3 Catering Students from the local South West College. This term they are studying butchery and we were delighted to show them the care and craft that goes into processing the various products they use in the kitchen. Students were hugely impressed with the butchery skills of the team and the fact that the process is quite fast without quality being compromised, which they found fascinating. The visit supports our ongoing focus to welcome every opportunity to pass on our knowledge and experiences to the next generation.
