We are delighted to announce that Dunbia has been judged the winner of the Lamb category at the Christmas 2020 Quality Food Awards. The winning product was our Asda Extra Special Lamb Guard of Honour with Sea Salt and Juniper Rub and a Cassis Jus.

“The panel were impressed with the quality of meat commenting on the product being nice and moist, tender with great flavour. A great alternative to the traditional turkey.”

The Quality Food Awards highlight the ability of the food and drink industry to innovate so as to meet the needs of its customers. The Christmas awards recognise innovation and creativity in food development during the Christmas trading period.
