With our structured 12 month placement programme, you will be treated as a full employee with regular reviews and support from a workplace mentor. You will gain a high level of exposure to our dynamic industry and will have the opportunity to progress onto our Brighter Futures Graduate Programme.

Food Safety & Quality
Develop yourself and advance your knowledge with our tailored Food Safety, Quality & Animal Welfare work placement package. Designed to give you the right range of business and technical skills to succeed in your studies and your future career.
You will experience:

- auditing, compliance checks and operating procedures
- microbiological and chemical sampling

Finance
Gain hands-on financial experience within a manufacturing industry as well as develop professional behavioural skills with real responsibilities. Designed to give you the right range of technical and soft skills to support you in your journey from university to working life.
You will experience:
- Working alongside senior finance professionals
- Central payments
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable and credit control
- Weekly accounts and KPIs
- Management reporting and continuous analysis
- Month end reconciliations and reporting
- Assisting with financial analysis interpreting financial data by analysing trends, variances, opportunities, and risks
- Formal review process
