Production Operative

Description

We are seeking people who are keen to work as a Production Operatives in our Boning Hall/packing meat at the end of the process in our factory. Dunbia are one of Europe’s leading food processing companies, so you’ll be joining a supportive well-established team, who have a desire to produce better food naturally.

Main Duties

It’s a fast-paced environment, with targets and customer specifications to achieve you’d be involved in either the picking and packing of meat orders on a production line, or even labelling and operating simple machinery in a chilled environment. The options are varied.

 

The Person

No experience is required as full training and development is provided. You’ll be working a team environment, so support is always at hand. What we’ll need you to do is;

Guaranteed full time hours, permanent  

Monday-Friday 8:00 hour shifts with a 6:00am start

£9.75 per hour, with swift progression to £10.50 per hour

Food Safety & Quality

A hands-on opportunity to understand and impact on food safety, quality and animal welfare across a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Ensuring legislative compliance, customer excellence and continuous improvement.

Mechanical Engineering

As an engineering graduate you will be hands on and, on the go, working in a fast paced, busy environment overseeing electrical, mechanical and automation projects in a food manufacturing business.
