People are what make Dunbia the success it is today.  Everyone has a key part to play in the business and without each, Dunbia would not function to the degree it does.

As we continue to expand and develop our team throughout the UK, ongoing recruitment is a key focus for our HR team and as part of this, our Northern Irish HR team recently held an open day at our Head Office in Dungannon.

Showcasing the wide variety of roles on offer, the team, which is led by Head of HR for NI, Caroline Heagney, opened up the doors to our Dungannon facility welcoming in potential applicants to give a insight into what it is like to work at Dunbia.

The team spent the morning speaking with prospective applicants, discussing the range of opportunities available and conducting interviews with those who wished to interview on the day for their chosen roles.

Speaking of the event, Caroline Heagney commented,

“There are a wide range of roles available within Dunbia at any given time, the opportunity is endless.  With roles based across the UK from general operative roles, food quality and technical, engineering and sales, the list goes on.  There are also great opportunities for progression within the business for those who wish to take on the challenge.”
