Dunbia is proud to be recognised at the Great Taste Awards 2026, with a range of our premium beef and lamb products earning acclaim for their exceptional quality and taste.
We are delighted to announce that our Welsh Hill PGI Lamb Carvery Shoulder has been awarded the highest accolade of 3-stars at this year’s awards.
The awards are judged by some of the most discerning palates, belonging to food critics, chefs, restaurateurs, buyers, retailers, and producers as well as food writers and journalists.
Judges were impressed by the look, aroma and taste of the Lamb Carvery Shoulder which demonstrated all characteristics of grass-fed lamb. Comments included:
“The texture is succulent, melt-in-the-mouth tender, buttery and moist. The flavour balance between the sweetness of the fat and savoury flavours of the meat is perfect. An exceptional piece of meat, where the care taken in producing it shines through.”
