Meat Management Industry Awards recognise the best manufacturers and producers, suppliers, retailers and organisations in the UK meat sector, and are voted for by the readers of Meat Management magazine, plus various categories judged by experts.
Minted Lamb Kebabs are a perennial family favourite. Produced using Red Tractor Assured British lamb, the recipe contains only classic store cupboard ingredients such as garlic puree, lemon juice and zest, onions, mint, honey and parsley for a well-rounded and balanced flavour delivery.
