Main Duties:

  • Boning and trimming beef
  • Following customer specifications
  • Working as part of a team to ensure production runs smoothly
  • Maintain current yields and quality standards

 

The Person: 

  • Previous experience of boning or trimming meat
  • Previous experience of working in the food industry
  • Be able to demonstrate good knife skills
  • Possess good communication and team working skills
